Project Description

Nathan J Clarke began his career at the age of 16 as a professional dancer and has since had an enviable, professional career as a much sought after Creative Director, Show Producer and Choreographer in the UK, Europe, Asia and in Australia too – which is where he hails from.

He was the Creative Director & Choreographer for The Voice UK for 4 years working very closely with, Kylie Minogue, Rita Ora, Paloma Faith, Boy George, Sir Tom Jones, Jessie J, The Keiser Chiefs and The Script.

As Director of Choreography for Intimissimi’s Opera Pop On Ice Nathan worked alongside famous director Francisco Negrin to create two of the world’s most spectacular Ice Shows, fusing Opera and Pop music with World Champion Ice skaters. These remarkable shows were headlined by Pharell Williams, Ellie Goulding and Keiser. This year Nathan will once again be lending his talents to create yet another ice production for INTIMISSIMI. Nathan himself does not skate at all so it is a further testament to his creativity and ability to deliver phenomenal pieces of choreography and translate them for performances on ice.

In 2012 he was the Associate Director & Choreographer for the Closing Ceremonies of both the London Olympic and Paralympic Games where he worked with some of the biggest names in music including Rihanna, Coldplay, The Spice Girls, Annie Lennox and One Direction.

Nathan was the Lead Choreographer for MTV EMAs in Frankfurt and then in Milan where he worked on performances for Jason Derullo, 5th Harmony, Pitbull, PSY and Carly Rae Jepsen. His credits cross all genres of the entertainment world – music videos, performances, touring, theatre, TV and film and he also has extensive experience in producing and creating for the world of sport, large scale branded events and high profile fashion catwalk and spectaculars.
